Edinburgh Capitals claimed their first home win of the season wtih a come-from-behind 6-3 win over Newcastle Vipers.

The Capitals trailed 1-0 after two periods but came back strongly in the final period

Scot Ross Dalgleish equalised and then two goals from defenceman Taylor Christie put the home side 3-1 ahead.

Joe Dustin made it 4-1 with a slapshot and further goals from Martin Cingel and Neil Hay underlined the Capitals' superiority.

Capitals entertain Nottingham in a double home header next weekend, and will hope to have more additions to their line up for the clashes against one of the title favourites.
