Great Britain men took a notable scalp at their German training camp when they beat top Dutch side Bevo 33-28.

With Scots Dan McMillan and Chris Mohr an integral part of the GB set-up, it was an encouarging result in spite of save budget cuts in recent months.

Steven Larsson top scored with eight goals as the British players showed the benefits of the work done in recent months and the time spent with Essen in the Germany Bundesliga.

The GB women's team, meanwhile, had a narrow 34-33 win over Spanish Second Division side La Guardia as they continue their development.
