Scot Lynn McCafferty hopes to steer her Norwegian club Asker clear of relegation this weekend.

The Great Britain captain and several of her GB team-mates are involved in the relegation play-offs after finishing eighth in their league.
 
"We know what we have to do and we'll be going all out to make sure we stay in the higher division," she said.

McCafferty faces a full weekend of matches but knows that staying up will help GB's Olympic prospects.
