Scots shine in Guildford

Three young Scots - Amy Regan (City of Glasgow,) Jordan Archibald (Dundee) and Holly Ramage (Lasswade)  - all competed with pride at the British Championships in Guildford.

Holly finished fourth in the Espoir vault final with a score of 13.225, just 0.325 behind the winner, Venus Romaeo of Cardiff Central. Jordan was in eighth place with a score of 12.90.

Building on their success at last month's British Espoir Championships in Gloucester, where Holly and Jordan both qualified for the forthcoming British Finals, it was another sign of the girls' terrific potential.

In the Junior section, Amy faced very tough competition from the English contingent and did extremely well to post a score of 46.350 and finished 14th overall. Amy's floor routine was particularly impressive.
