In the individual event, 18-year-old Keatings clinched the title with 89.7 points, beating team mate Daniel Purvis (87.6) into second place.
Gustavi Simoes (Portugal) was third on 86.5.
"This is the greatest Team Britain has ever assembled," claimed Trevor Low. Chairman of the GB Men's technical Committee.
"This is a Team for the Olympics in London 2012."
Keatings, who is coached by Paul Hall at Huntingdon, will have more chances of medals in the (Sunday) individual finals. He will then compete in Grand Prix events in Moscow and Barcelona before the two British Olympians for Beijing in August are named at the end of the month.
