Scottish trio all claim medals at British Championships
Danny Keatings, Daniel Purvis and Adam Cox did Scotland proud by winning medals at the British Championships at Goresbrook Leisure Centre in London.
Purvis, the Scottish Champion, won the all-round Masters title, and was also top of the class on the rings.
Keatings, the all-round Olympic finalist, won the parallel bars and was second on both the high bar and his favourite piece – the pommel horse – behind Olympic bronze medalist, Louis Smith.
Keatings also qualified for the final of the all-round competition, and eventually finished fifth.
Adam Cox, Scotland’s Commonwealth Games medallist who is on the comeback from injury, was runner-up to Keatings on the parallel bars.
The threesome will all be on duty for Scotland at the forthcoming northern European Championships.
