

Top eight finish for Cox on return to Glasgow
Adam Cox surpassed expectations by reaching the final and finishing eighth on the High Bar at the Glasgow Grand Prix at the Kelvin Hall.

England’s Louis Smith, the Olympic bronze medallist, confirmed his world-class from by taking a silver on the Pommel Horse behind Hungary’s three-time European Champion, Krisztian Berki.
“This is my first major event since Beijing and so I was delighted to pull off a
clean routine,” said Smith, who appears in a BBC advert for the Sports Personality of the Year Award.
England's Mariissa King was another silver medallist on the Beam.
