Scots 17th at Murcar - and seventh in Sweden
Scotland's team of Carly Booth, Kelsey MacDonald, Sammy Vass and Rebecca Wilson salvaged a little pride by beating Iceland 4 1/2 - 1/2 in the match-play at the European Girls' Championship at Murcar.

In the singles Carly (6 and 4) and Kelsey (5 and 4) sealed victory before Rebecca added a half point.
In the final, Sweden beat England 4 1/2- 1/2 to take the title for the third time in a row.
The Swedes also won the European women's team championship on home ground at Stenungsund Golf Club, Sweden.
Scotland's team finished seventh after a final day 4-1 win over Austria.
