Queen shoots 74 to finish strongly in Tuscany
Scotland's Clare Queen shot a final round 74 for seven over par and finished tied for 30th in the BMW Italian Open in Tuscany.
Strathaven rookie Jenna Wilson had a 73 and was joint 46th on ten over - her second best finish behind a 37th in the Ladies' English Open two weeks ago.
It was an encouraging sign that the 24-year-old former Scottish Amateur Champion is beginning to settle into life on the Ladies' European Tour and it was another step towards holding on to her card for next year.
Germany's Martina Eberl won her second career title - the first was in last year's Madrid Ladies' Masters - with a closing 69 and a nine under par total. She was a comfortable five shot winner over Spain's Carmen Alonso, who shot a fine 66.
