Clare on course for career high

Queen aiming high
Scot Clare Queen has moved up to No.39 on the Ladies' European Tour money list - equalling her 2007 end-of-season ranking - after she finished 20th in the UNIQA Austrian Open.
England's Laura Davies staged a successful defence of the title and claimed the 70th career title thanks to a final round 68 and a 15 under par total. The 44-year-old veteran finished three shots clear of England's Lisa Hall.
Clare fired a final day 70 for four under par and lifted her season's earnings to over £32,000. Now her goal is to achieve a career high ranking.
But it was a disappointing weekend for the other two Scots in the field. Rookie Jenna Wilson, who opened with a promising 71, missed the cut by two shots on three over par after a second round 76, while Lynn Kenny was four shots further back after rounds of 77 and 74.
Clare is easily the leading Scot on the Tour this year, and has consistently made cuts. But now she wants to start to challenge for titles.
Her only top ten this year came on home ground at the Aberdeen Asset Management Ladies' Scottish Open at the Carrick, Loch Lomond, in May.
