Alyson McKechin started the Scotland fightback with a grandstand finish after winning the two final holes for a one-hole victory over Kelly Miller.
Sammy Leslie's 3 & 1 win for Scotland over Chloe Williams levelled the overall scoreline at 3-3, before Katie Bradbury put Wales back in front by beating Rachael Taylor by one hole.
