Motherwell and Falkirk learn Europa League fate
Motherwell and Falkirk have been handed favourable ties in their first matches of the new Europa League.
Mangerless Well will meet Welsh outfit Llanelli in the first qualifying round over two legs, which will take place on July 2 and 9 and the winner will then go head-to-head with Alabnian side Flamurtai Vlore.
Falkirk, who are expected to name their new boss on Tuesday, will face Vaduz from Liechtenstein in the second stage of qualifying.
And each leg between Motherwell and Llanelli could yet take place in unfamiliar surroundings with the Fir Park pitch still undergoing work and Airdrie's Excelisor Stadium will be their temporary home.
Llanelli also want to switch their home tie to local rugby union ground Parc y Scarlets.
"It's a great draw for us and takes a large part of the uncertainty out of the equation," said Motherwell chairman John Boyle.
"It will also suit the players, they are back to training early and it's not a logistical problem for them.
"It's going to be a tough game though and we won't be getting ahead of ourselves."
