Mark McGhee's successor to finally be revealed at Motherwell
Motherwell owner John Boyle will spend the weekend mulling over who will be his next manager after completing his interviews on Friday.
The Well board are thought to have reduced their short-list to become Mark McGhee?s successor down to four.
Former Watford boss Aidy Boothroyd, who was sacked by Watford in November, was interviewed on Thursday and shown round the club's training facilities.
Ex-international bosses Lawrie Sanchez and Steve Staunton have also held meetings with Boyle.
And former Stockport boss Jim Gannon, who achieved success on a shoe-string budget at Edgeley Park and was linked with the Hibernian job before John Hughes got the nod, will be the last candidate to press his claims.
Boyle and his board will then take their time to make their choice over the weekend with an announcement expected early next week.
