Danish striker Mike Tullberg has rejoined the Hearts squad as he looks to win a move from Reggina.
The 24-year-old pulled out of the club's training camp in Germany with a thigh injury, but he had done enough to impress manager Csaba Laszlo.
The targetman is available for transfer after failing to make an impact in Serie A following his move from Aarhus last summer.
He has undergone treatment on the slight tear in his thigh and has flown into Edinburgh.
"Mike has come back and we will now have another look at him," Laszlo told www.heartsfc.co.uk.
"Hopefully he is over his injury and he can work with the team.
"After that then we will decide on his future but he is a promising player."
