Boyd brings up his century of goals for Rangers

Striker Kris Boyd wants to finish his career with Rangers after bringing up a century of goals during his side's 3-0 Scottish cup semi-final win over St Mirren.

The 25-year-old, who took his season's tally to 29 goals at Hampden Park, saw a proposed January transfer to Birmingham City fall through in January.

But after committing his future to Rangers since then, Boyd has repaid the faith shown in him by his manager Walter Smith.

"I'm delighted to get there but the most important thing was to get the victory and get to the final," said Boyd. "When I got to 50, I wanted 100. I've got to 100 and I want more."

"For me to finish my career at Rangers and keep going the way it has started, I would be delighted with that."
