Galashan twins chasing place at Olympics
Twins Helen and Carol Galashan bid to secure a place in Great Britain's diving team for the Beijing Olympics at this weekend's Olympic Trials in Leeds.
The pair, who have only been diving for 18 months after representing Scotland at gymnastics at the 2006 Commonwealth Games, take part in the synchronised 10-metre platform event.
The City of Leeds divers put themselves in the frame for Beijing by winning a bronze medal at the Rome Grand Prix last weekend.
Great Britain has secured places in each of the diving events in Beijing and the Galashans, tipped as potential medallists, are favourites to gain their place.
