Olympic hero Sir Chris Hoy became the third recipient of the prestigious Edinburgh Award as he was honoured by his home city in a ceremony yesterday.
Sir Chris was recognised for his cycling accomplishments at the Beijing Olympics where he became the first Brit in 100 years to win three gold medals at one Games.
