Tim Baillie suffered heartache in missing out on last year’s Olympics – but the Aberdeen canoeist is not about to let lightning strike twice as he bids for London 2012 glory.
Baillie and partner Etienne Stott failed to make the plane for China after a disappointing display at the European Championships in Poland last May.
