Boxer Young to spar with Mayweather Jnr

Emerging Scottish star Gary Young to flog it out with Mayweather Junior
Gilmerton boxer Gary Young is set to spar with former pound-for-pound king Floyd Mayweather Junior after signing a six-fight pro deal.
The welterweight, who left Scotland earlier this year, is set to make his US ring debut in Iowa next month after being put through his paces by Mayweather.
Welterweight Young is set to fight an eight rounder in the States next month although his opponent is still to be confirmed by manager Jason Schleisinger.
"Jason has signed a six-fight promotional deal on my behalf which will see me fight all over the USA," he said.
"I'm very excited about my debut showdown and hopefully the chance to spar with Floyd will help me get off to a good start."
