Bankier and Blair aim to justify seeding

Bankier and Blair facing crunch tie to live up to billing
Glasgow’s Imogen Bankier and Edinburgh-born Robert Blair, the No. 3 seeds, received a bye through the first round and now need to beat Taiwan’s Chieh Min Fang and Wen Hsing Cheng to reach the quarter-finals of the Yonex Korea Super Series in Seoul.
Bankier and Blair are currently ranked No.8 in the world in mixed doubles, but they have suffered earlier than expected defeats in both the Masters Super Series Finals and the Malaysian Open over the past few weeks.
Fang and Cheng won through to a match against the British pair thanks to a 21-10 21-17 win over two South Korean players, Sung Ho Jang and Kyung Eun Jang.
