Mordi improves on her own records at Scottish Championships
Nony Mordi improved her Scottish indoor triple jump record at the Scottish Championships at the Kelvin Hall.
The Edinburgh University athlete won the title with a leap of 13.45 metres - a full 21 centimetres better than her previous mark.
Mordi made three jumps better than her old record and has now set her sights on new horizons.
She is hoping to reach the qualifying mark of 14.05 metres for the European Indoor Championships in Turin.
