Tynes prepares for new season with NY Giants

Lawrence Tynes - the only Scot to have won a Super Bowl ring - begins the countdown to the new season this weekend.
Champions New York Giants open their training camp in Albany with Greenock-born Tynes' place as their kicker assured.
Tynes, who spent some of the close-season playing golf in Scotland, signed a five-year contract with the team after impressing in Giants' Super Bowl triumph last season.
Last season - his first with the Giants - he had to fight off two other kickers before securing the job after moving from Kansas City Chiefs.
