Yuda's Winning Ways
The proven guide to winning by the guy who has done it.
Anyone got a T-CUP for me?

Yehuda Shinar is the world famous sports consultant who, in the past, has assisted Clive Woodward’s England rugby team to the 2003 World Cup and Scotland’s Commonwealth swimmers to a record haul of medals at the 2006 Games.  He is currently working with Frank Hadden and the Scottish rugby union team.

His job description?  Winning.  Yehuda (or Yuda, as he likes to be called) teaches and applies the concept of being a winner.

After over twenty years of research, Yuda has developed a twelve point plan to
The twelve steps to being a winner are collectively grouped by Yuda into one single criterion:  T-CUPThinking Correctly Under Pressure.  And these are the steps to achieve the T-CUP mentality:

1. Avoid getting trapped in unnecessary corners - your ability to avoid being caught under pressure unless strictly necessary.

2. Patience in creating opportunities - how much time and effort you are willing to invest in preparing the basic conditions needed to succeed.

3. Seizing opportunities - the degree to which you optimise personal/professional skills and experience in order to realise a given opportunity.

4. Awareness of faulty tactics/methods - your ability to realise within a reasonable amount of time that a specific tactic/method is not generating the right result.

5. Sticking to basics - the degree to which you follow procedures, operating instructions, proven techniques or a given methodology.

6. Decisiveness - the degree to which your decision making process and natural performance are free from unnecessary hesitations.

7. Maintaining momentum - the degree of persistence with which you maintain your highest standards throughout your performance - including the steps you take aimed at preserving your achievements.

8. Quality of counter pressure - how well you optimise your personal advantages in one-on-one situations, by taking full advantage of your opponent’s weaknesses.

9. Level of self control - how well do you maintain the principles of Thinking Correctly Under Pressure?  In critical situations, how effective are you in mastering anxieties and stress?

10. Sticking to proven tactics - how strongly you adhere to proven, successful methods in critical situations.

11. Thoroughness - the degree to which you are strict and orderly in completing your tasks.

12. Time Management - how well do you use your allocated time, quantitatively and qualitatively?

So, now there's no excuses.  Go win something!
